I was unable to cancel my subscription on beautiful ai coz the site was down so they deducted the amount from my credit card. So I requested a refund for my money through a request and btw their policy states that I have the right for a refund. It has been 3 days no one wants to reply to my emails they didnt even bother to reply to any of my requests they atole my money and they are also ignoring my requests in an annoying way. I tried more than once to send e-mails reply to my emails submit requests but all in vain.
