I wanted to purchase a game however, the only ones available that I can afford is through a seller in shopee who redirected me to fb to which we have reached an agreement to pay half when the order is shipped and half when the parcel is delivered with the order being free shipping as advertised but due to change of plans, I had to be charged another 100 for shipping which I agreed to since they're running a promo. I paid them 2750 on the 23rd July at around 3-4 pm however, the seller failed to inform me that the parcel has left the warehouse and redirected me to a carrier who asked me 2500 to which I obliged cause who knows if it's really needed for insurance and tax..however he proceeded to ask me 6100 for clearance which must be settled by the seller and now refuses to reply and the seller also does not want to refund my payment.

Now the seller is saying that I'd be arrested by the cops and NBI for false accusations to which they never proved wrong. I need help and for this to be actioned please. Both of them are not issuing my refunds
