Upon reaching out to their team, I was informed that the delay in contact was due to a high volume of deliveries and was promised contact by the upcoming Sunday.My attempts to seek clarification and maintain communication were made via WhatsApp. However, I encountered further complications when I discovered that I have been blocked on Instagram, preventing any further means of contact.
