Lexatrade really has the worst customer support ever.
They do not respond, nor do they even bothered to update or indicate to clients whats happening to the issues being raised.

Totally a useless exchange and will only give those who uses this platform a severe headache and sleepless nights. I am lucky I am able to retrieve my assets, I saw apexchargeback, com help people with withdrawal problem, I reached out and they help.
Avoid Lexatrade at all costs.

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the account restrictions imposed by the ProsperUs broker. The way they have handled my access to my account has been nothing but a headache, causing immense stress and inconvenience. I have funds in my account and was almost impossible getting my assets out....

I was introduced to the LexaTrade online trading via internet advertisement. I registered in April 2023. My broker or expert trader on commission was Rachel Green (later left company) then I was assigned a Mr Jacob Tayler and lately Thomas Kent. All contacted via Skype by the same names. I registered by paying USD 250. I was later convinced to add more to make more profit. In total I paid by instalment USD 10500 minus the bonus sometimes paid when I made a deposit.

My profits reached over USD over 20,000. At that point Ms. Green opened 4 trades that resulted in mostly losses. At that point Ms. left then Mr Tayler took over. The trades were stopped and the account now stands at USD15,803. Since July I have been trying to withdraw my profits to no avail. Instead I am asked to add more money to withdraw.

I decided to withdraw my inverted amount since September to no avail. I write messages when the traders refuse to pick my Skype call and promise to pass the message to no avail. I put to them my case of spinal cord injury which needs money for operation and falls on deaf ears. Help me regain just my invested amount of USD 10,500 forfeiting profit and bonuses. I lost my coin to some fake platform. I tried my best to fix up my mistake. It only took the help of a financial consultant named Drew Wake that helped me get my money recovered. Yes i was a victim to some crypto scam abd they stole a lot from me and this brought me pain. I'm Erastus mwinzi and I invest with lexatrade.com with 250dollars wish I lost miserably last year,this year February I invested again 480 dollars and the trading went on UpTo the end of April and the amount rose to 1363 dollars when I requested for withdraw of 800dollars they started taking me into circles and from may they blocked me from trading platform and the broker by name Roselyn king stop communicating with me,,now I need assistance to recover my money ,the broker only used call me through Skype ana since may he seemed to have blocked me in both the Skype and the email and also the company email seems unserviceable,all the people who used to call me with different numbers purporting to be account managers of the company have since then gone underground and their emails don't go through when I sent to them any message ,I have tried to send messages to their customer care but I have received no response nor assistance.my first deposit disappeared in two weeks and wondered why was the trade done over the weekend and and normally trading is not done during weekends and the only answer I got was ,it was an error and that was it and the seems to very about the loss , and careless....

I engaged in trading with the above company 7th November 2022. I realized as a new comer I was not doing well. I decided to engage my accounts manager to trade for me. She went ahead and opened for me another account without my knowledge and the company somehow discovered that and fired her. The company never informed me that they had fired her so I went on trying to reach out to to her to no avail for a period of three months. I then told wrote complaining about the issue. They responded that they had fired her and allocated me another accounts manager. My new manager informed me that my accounts were in a mess and therefore needed to make some deposit for my account to be able to trade which I obliged but as time went on I realized that I was not getting any better. I have never withdrawn from the company and I decided to quit. I presented my withdrawal request USD 2431 from the company on Thursday 23rd June 2023 and I haven't received any feedback yet despite the fact that they indicated that the process will take 24 hours. My account manager too has become very arrogant and unwilling to share any details on how to follow up.
