I bought 1 peace of nike windbreaker from a facebook seller namely Noel John Aguilar. I paid the said item through GCASH last August 26, 2023 at 11:43 am. By the next few days I have been asking him to ship the items already but he said a lot of reasons. Then last Monday, until today, he wasn't replying to any of my and other seller's messages. I asked some friends on facebook and they said that he scammed a lot of people already. He is using 2 facebook accounts.

The first one is Noeljohn Aguilar and the other one is Lux Ukay. He was also posted as scam seller on facebook. All the proof are attached on this message. I looked it up on facebook and it seems like he really is a scammer based on the testimonies, comments and post from different accounts. He also changes his name from time to time as his way of getting away with the crime or scams he's been committing. Now he's back online but is still not replying and refunding my money.
