I ordered online and ask me to pay downpayment for iphone 11 pro max 128 amount 29000 php for installment for 6 months after paying the 7k downpayment they are asking .me to pay 18850 for insurance before they send the phone.i dont agree and ask for refund because this information is not included on their product advertisement they ask me to pay any amount and i pay 1k to release my refund however the store keeper said i need to settle the 18850 before they remove the hold of the product that i still dont have .they refuse to cancel my order and get .my refund of 8k that i paid with them.i need my money back.
