I am writing in regards to a recent order placed for a cooker on their website.The order process began with my selection of the desired item and proceeded with the submission of a deposit. In return, I received a unique booking number, alongside the assurance that I would be contacted within two days by the team to coordinate the delivery.Regrettably, despite the initial assurances, I have not received any further communication or updates regarding the delivery of the product. Upon reaching out to the team, I was informed that the delay in contact was due to a high volume of deliveries and was promised contact by the upcoming Sunday.My attempts to seek clarification and maintain communication were made via WhatsApp. However, I encountered further complications when I discovered that I have been blocked on Instagram, preventing any further means of contact.
