I Am Mariele Ibanez Lizardo, I am complaining a Unauthorize Transactions from LAZADA and Gcash, Lazada deducted my Gcash wallet Balance amounting of PHP5,990
November 21, 2023 starting at 11pm, I Recieved a Text Message From Gcash, That LAZADA processed a payment a six-times of PHP800 two-times of PHP500 and a single of PHP190 a total amount of PHP5,990.

I Already check my Lazada app but no marks of history transactions that time, why Gcash did not send me an OTP to verify if im doing that transaction?, they direct decuted that multiple payment to LAZADA, I already Complained to both of companies, GCash said that i need to submit a ticket to Lazada if they didn't do that, i'll send to Gcash a acknowledgement from Lazada to configure out there reversal. But untill now i haven't receive any response, please action this matter please care about my complain, looking forward to quick action, thank you!
