Lexatrade really has the worst customer support ever.
They do not respond, nor do they even bothered to update or indicate to clients whats happening to the issues being raised.
Totally a useless exchange and will only give those who uses this platform a severe headache and sleepless nights. I am lucky I am able to retrieve my assets, I saw apexchargeback, com help people with withdrawal problem, I reached out and they help.
Avoid Lexatrade at all costs.
I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the account restrictions imposed by the ProsperUs broker. The way they have handled my access to my account has been nothing but a headache, causing immense stress and inconvenience. I have funds in my account and was almost impossible getting my assets out.
