No steps have been taken to resolve my issue despite sending messages on "contact us" on the trading platform. I can provide login coordinates if needed. I have called and they used to call me and send messages on Skype by names: Rachel Green, Jacob Tayler and Thomas Kent. Emailed Rachel Green ones; email address: [PROTECTED]@lexatrade.com The others may use the email address with their names but I never emailed them.

Mr Thomas Kent called today on Skype but hang up before I picked. I sent a message on Skype to let him I was around and should call but he did not. So I called him but then he was unavailable. I sent a message on the "contact us" or "support" channel asking them to contact him and tell them I was waiting for his call to no avail. I gave up
