This loaning shark is harassing me , contacting my facebook friends and relatives without my consent. The person who's name is stated above which i think is just using a dummy account keep on threatening me that he will not stop sending messages to everyone i know if i will not do what he is asking me to settle . I borrowed 3500 , recieved 2200 , my loan is 16 days past due now they are asking me to pay almost 6000 pesos.

Jason i very unprofessional and refused to stop messaging everyone i know. This is really affecting my emotional and mental health right now. i know its may responsibility to pay what i owe them but i am also aware that they are doing wrongful way of collecting debt. I hope this can be taken care of , and i hope some legal actions will be served to them especially to Jayson Legaspi.

I want to sue this loaning app and so is Jason Legazpi on what he is doing . Im not even sure if that is his real name but i hope this will be reviewed. I badly need your help regarding this matter. I hope this will not continue anymore . I hope no one will go through this traumatic experienced
