We paid 3 thousand dirhams each to platinum immigration for Europe world permit. After collecting a huge sum they disappeared we where unable to locate them

Hi, The same with me. I visited today to collect my refund as per their provided schedule after 1 year of waiting. Unfornately Platinum Immigration has left Latifa Towers building. They disappeared, no working contact details.
