I wanted to try this service
and by mistake I paid a membership for 2 years. The same day I contacted them and explained that I won't use the product and that I have 14 days trial period to ask for refund.
They refused to to issue a refund. Very acammy by them. They wanted to keep that money even I sent so many mails explaining and asking my money back.
Very unprofessional. They are basically stealing from me....Shame on them
Here some of their responses:

But we can extend your subscription for a free month or pause it until you need it.

We would like to point out that the 14-day period is the period, within which it is possible to request a refund, however, the final approval should be received from Billing Department anyway. As per our Refund Policy (https://umobix.com/refund.html):

Also, taken into account that the reason for a refund is beyond of our control refund cannot be issued due to a Policy of our company such as:...a user does not have a physical access to a target phone or has forgotten the password to unlock it;

We would kindly ask you to re-consider the alternative options offered in the previous email.
