i deposited my money, decided to cancel but xpromarket said they returned my money but my bank history shows that there was not deposit!
everyday they are calling me, they are shouting at me and threatening me. they are making me believe that my money was already returned when in truth there was no deposit
THIS WAS MY EMAIL TO THEM
My account states that my money was already returned to me last November 20, 2023. However, my bank transaction history shows that there was no such deposit made to my account.
Further, in my account with you it shows that the return of the money was completed November 20, 2023, but the approval for the withdrawal fee was made November 29, 2023. This sequence doesnt seem logical.
Every day, my account manager is calling me just asking "how are you?" and asking if I have already received my money. At one point I asked what can I do to get my money, he said " I dont know" He is not really doing anything to help me get my money back. He is just calling probably to establish that xpro is not ignoring me. Today, he called me and even threaten me that a lawyer will handle me. The audacity to threaten me like that?? I am the victim here! I lost money with Xpro market.
I really feel this is all a scam. Letting me process the withdrawal of my money is just giving me false hope. I feel Xpro Market really do not intend to return my money. And I am not gonna stop, will elevate this matter to proper authorities. I am not an influential person but I know If I course this through the proper channel, my voice will be heard. I am just so determined to do this.
