Hello, I apply for loan of 5k on the easy kash app 7th Jan 2024 and I was created 3,430, I searches for customer care line to makes my complaint and possibly refund the loan. But there was customer line available to speak with. I was waiting for the due date (14th Jan, 2024), I was very surprised to see a whatsapp message on 12th Jan 2024 that my time is due. She ask me to pay and I simply ask her how much I am I supposed to pay, but she added the money which I don't not receive. So I simply ask her to calculate my interest based on the loan amount I received. she gave a blind attention that I will pay for the money which i didn't receive because she said 1600 was used to process my loan which I called fraud. I tried my best to make her understand but it was all in vain because all she does is reign insult in me, promising to ruin my life, she went ahead and edit my pix that I am HIV positive....

I was credited 13, 065 naira when I applied for 20, 100 to pay with interest of 1500 naira in 6 days. I immediately repaid the money without interest in 30minutes of disbursement. And i contact the customer care of easykash that there is breach of agreement and I don't need the loan.
After 6 day of refund they start calling and sending me and my husband messages that I am a criminal and on the run with there money meanwhile easy kash is the fraudulent company with criminal tendencies. ...

I apply for loan of #3,900 on 6/0/23 from their app which i will pay back the sum of #4,328 with interest on 14/10/23 and i was credited with the sum of #2,532 on same day and my expectation is #3,900 theres ko waybtob contact or reach about the money sent to m..i reither keep the money on my account till date of due day..which is on 14/10/23 and i received called and text with monie point account to pay by loan back which i sent the #2,600 to them and explained about the money..they start sayig all such of trash and sent message to me that i supposed to pay sum of #4,368band am paying #2600 to them i should sent the balance or they will Brocast me as scam....pls am not owning them any money....

I decided to give it a trial after some time and loan of ₦12100 was approved which I withdrew but it was just ₦9075 remaining ₦3025. I later complained and they said it is for charges and I was not told before taking the loan, moreover the repayment channels on their website is not conventional bank channels. I wanted to return the money immediately but because I suspected a foul play in their mode of operations I could not proceed. Please help me.

This people are harassing me every minute with sms, WhatsApp and voice calls ...

I applied for a loan. The presented a loan offer of 45000+ to pay back 48000+ in six (6) days time. I later got disbursement of 33750 instead of 45000. The alert of 33750 was received the second day after.
On the 6th day I repaid back 43000 Naira in consideration.
They are now sending my NAME, BVN AND LOCATION TO PLACES FOR EMBARRASSMENT AND BLACKMAIL
I wish to appeal for quick intervention of the authority that can stop the wicked and unscrupulous people working behind this fraudulent App. Many people are falling victims of their scam. Please help and stop the app as early as possible. Thank you...

I was offered a loan of about 18000 naira on the 23rd of July 2023 to repay 19367 naira in 7 days, on accepting the offer I was credited with 11765 naira on the the 24th of July 2023 to repay 19367 naira in 6 days. The app does not display how much borrowed, it only displays how much to repay and there is no customer service number to call on the app because I wanted to return the money to them since it was not what I applied for. So, I waited for the due date of the loan and they started texting me on WhatsApp to repay the loan, I tried explaining the difficulties I encountered using the app and how I was offered what I did not apply for but all they were interested about was me repaying the loan. The loan is overdue now and the keep adding about 900 naira to it everyday. So I want them to calculate the interest based on the amount I was credited with and then I can be able to repay and untill then, they should stop adding the overdue charges. And they should stop texting me and they should also display the amount I borrowed on the app for reference purpose, then I will be able to repay. And they should stop displaying or advertising what they do not give....
