I received a loan in the sum N12,540 on March 10,2024. I did not receive any alert so I did not even realize until another credit came into my account on March 11. I was curious at the account balance, so I probed further and saw from the narration on my banking app that a certain Cashhall disbursed N12,540 to my account when I never applied for such loan. I actually downloaded the Cashhall App some days ago but did not apply for any loan since their interest rate and other charges were outrageous. However, the moment I saw the payment into my account, I sent an email to the customer care mail address but got no response. I sent a reminder on March 12 but still got no response. I then sent the unsolicited loan back to the account specified on the Loan App. I DO NOT OWE ANY LOAN NOR HAVE REPAYMENT OBLIGATION DUE TO CASHHALL. I am using this opportunity to ask the general public if there is something or anything else I can do to prevent any harassment from this dishonest institution. Your valuable inputs will be appreciated. I will equally appreciate any contact information about the promoter of the company if anyone has it....

I accessed the app and requested for a loan but the app did not provide an option for me to accept or reject the offer, it was after then that at the top right corner you now Access the details of the loan. It displayed that I will get N68,400 and repay N130,920 which is on the high side and my due date was 04/03/2024.

The due date was later changed to 28/02/2024 and on my app it showed 29/02/2024 which i screenshot and forwarded to the agent.

I applied for the loan on the 22/02/2024 but was only disbursed to my account on the 26/02/2024.

I then received a phone call in the morning from an agent harassing me that I have made my payment and failure to do that she would put me in shame and embarrassment. Later at about 3pm another agent called and to the extent of telling me that I was stupid and later called at 10pm which I ignore but later received a text message that my life will end in shame.
I hope these agents good manners and the app redesigned....

I never applied for the loan so why should I be asked to pay for something I didn't click on? To make matters worse the rate is outrageous do you people have a bug or what? Please fix your mistake I didn't apply for the loan, if I get a call for your mistake it's on you don't be threatening people when you people seem to have a dishonest scheme.

It's not fair for a company to be duping people in the presence of assisting, everybody here seems to have similar complaints , I repeat fix your system it's not a crime for someone to get a loan and you people now want to use it against them to make an excessive income that's stealing and being dishonest, just fix your mess before you call or threaten anyone....

CASH HALL REFUND AND NOTIFICATION.

On the 14th day of February 2024, around 11:42pm, I received an alert of a loan of 45000 naira to pay back 81,825 naira.
I notified the management of CashHall Loan App through their email that;

I did not in anyway apply for the loan credited to my account and I had immediately transferred the money back to the account provided in their App.

Till now, the outstanding on the dashboard hasn't be cleared and I haven't received any reply from CASH HALL.

NO REPAYMENT OR CHARGES SHOULD BE EXPECTED FROM ME.

You can as well remove my data from your system.

I attach the screenshot of the transfer to back up my claim to avoid any misrepresentation.

I hope to have a swift response and their cooperation in this matter.

A loan app called CashHall sent me loan I didn't applied for.12/01/24 I received a message on WhatsApp to borrow money, The agreement was fine, 30k to pay 33k in 1 months, then i was told to sign in with my number, i did so and put in my necessary details. I was taken to a page to apply for loan, I wasn't shown The loan amount and interest yet.

Then I click on apply for loan, it took a process to disbursed, i haven't seen the loan i'm applying for yet. On night 14/01/23 I received a loan of 9k with an interest of 7365 dues for 7 days i was shocked, i make repayment immediately, I sent 9k back to them the following morning, i'm left with the interest money.

On the due day 21/01/24, I received a call to make repayment with a threat, a lady chatted me on WhatsApp, she threatening to ruin my life, sending different words of discomfort.

I don't know what to do, the threatening is too much, it's a scam loan app, I'm yet to pay the interest 7365. i don't have intention to pay it.
CashHall is a scam loan app nobody should fall for it....

1. I have notified the management of CashHall Loan App that I received the alert of a loan of ₦5,400 which I did not apply for on November 28, 2023 around 11:23 PM.

2. I had earlier today uninstalled the app around 10 am in the morning.

3. I did not in anyway apply for the loan credited to my account and I had immediately transferred the money back to the following account:

4. Thus no charges or repayment should be expected from me.

5. Attached to the email sent to the customer care are the Screenshots of the transfer to back up my claim to avoid any misrepresentation.

6. I asked them to remove my data from their system.

I came across cashhall and decided to preview the app to view their offer and logged out when I saw high interest rate and just 7 days for repayment only to receive credit alert middle of the night. The loan is to be due on 27th October 2023 but on 26th October 2023 one of their agent messaged me threatening me and sending derogatory messages and insult.

Their message read "We gave you money thinking you were a responsible human being, we didn't know we help a cursed goblin. You will continue to borrow for the rest of your wretched life.You will know no peace till you payback what you are owing us today, you Adopted child of a maggot..

Claimming that i collected loan Cashhall yes loan...after collecting the some of 8700 before i realized the we're Fake...this are contact 0[Protected].pls CBN should make Ban this scammers .....AS im talking obituary Pictures and my bvn is on social media for loan i didnt collect ....disturbing me with difference numbers sending threatening Messages to my contact......

There’s this loan app I initially wanted to take loan from but on seeing the interest rate I deleted the app, I woke up the second day and I saw credit alert I was like how come, I did not even apply for the loan. It was two different apps CASHHALL and CAMELLOAN app.

Now they are sending me messages threatening to post my picture all over the social media and my contact if I refuse to pay the loan which I did not apply for. They even called my contact to threaten them that if I don’t pay up they will post their picture and once they see that they will pester me to pay the money.

They also sent fraudulent messages like posting my picture and my BVN number on every social media platform,while typing this now my friend call some just now that someone called her and even sent my picture to her concerning the loan....
