I sent the money to seller and they didn't sent the item and didn't respond anymore to my messages and call. I didn't get any help to Gcash. It was second hand home appliances that the seller posted on Facebook. She asked for delivery fee. And I sent that to her. Then she asked for more until there is a problem with the shipment process and she said she can't sent the item and didn't seller didn't respond anymore to me.
