I have a concern regarding po sa UNAUTHORISED TRANSACTION that happened sa gcash ng Brother ko.
Bigla po kasing nag Zero yong account balance nya and when I checked sa Transaction History nya ay meron pong unauthorised transaction na nagsend ng 5527 sa Stotsenberg Leisure Park and Hotel Corporation. My brother and my Father is both a construction worker, kakasend lang ng amo nila ng sweldo nila via gcash tapos maiiscam lang.
Sana naman matulungan kami pano mabalik yong pera na dapat ay sweldo ng kuya at papa ko. Nagload lang ng 130 yong kuya ko using gcash tapos bigla naging O na yong balance nya. We are from the Province of Palawan at ni hindi pa kami nakapuntang manila at nag booked sa kahit anong hotel, so how come na bigla may payment online, unauthorised transaction na nangyari. AGAIN po. Construction worker ang kuya at papa ko and hindi madali kumita ng pera sobrang pinaghirapan nila yon. Hoping na sana ay mabigyan din ito ng aksyon ng Hotel since Pangalan nila yong ginagamit ng Scammer, they should be also responsible for this dahil kahit scammer yong gumagawa ng unathorised transaction ay name ng HOTEL ang dudungisan.
