Meron po akong unauthorized online transaction. Meron akong 761 na balance sa gcash then nung inopen ko bigla nalang naging 61 yung balance. Nawala yung 700 na balance sa gcash then nakita ko sa transaction history na successful online payment stotsenberg leisure park and hotel. But i never book on that hotel. So why my balance was stolen?
Please help me resolve this. This is not only once happen to me. Please help me back my money! Thank you!!
