We have received an OTP from an unknown GCash and ignored it. after a while, there was a receipt sent thru the GCash app regarding the purchase. We haven't shared any OTP or info with anyone. The money deducted was 43000 Php. We tried to reach out to them and they kept on saying that they already informed the legal team. But it's been 3 weeks now and there is noa action yet.
